Carolina Parsons

Executive Director

Consultant specializing in business relations. Facilitates the integration of foreign companies into the Chilean market, enabling the companies she represents to participate and compete locally through strategic management with authorities and the private sector.

She has experience in corporate communications and public relations with international clients. Her track record in creating concepts for leading foundations allows her to bring a global and effective vision to the development of commercial and institutional opportunities for her clients, improving communication and successfully navigating the challenges they face.

Sergio Gómez Weber

Consultant in innovation and strategic management

Retired Navy Captain, Electronic Naval Engineer, and Staff Specialist. He holds a Master of Naval and Maritime Sciences (Chilean Naval War Academy) and a Master of Innovation and Strategic Management (Salve Regina University – USA).

He is a graduate of the Naval Command College 2018 (U.S. Naval War College, USNWC) and served for one year on the staff of the College of Maritime Operational Warfare (CMOW). He commanded an auxiliary unit and two combat units of the Chilean National Fleet.

He served as director of the Chilean Naval War College (2022-2023). He is also a military academy professor in the naval operations department and a graduate of the Naval War College’s diploma in senior management. He is the editor and co-author of the book, «Emerging Technologies and Their Impact on Naval Warfare».

Gregorio Costa Daydi

Aviation and Aeronautics Consultant

Retired Lieutenant Commander. Naval Aviation Specialist. He is a P-3 Aircraft Commander and Flight Instructor, a qualification he obtained during his professional exchange with the U.S. Navy’s VP-30 squadron (2008-2010).

His career was exclusively in the operational field, where he also gained extensive experience in the Maintenance, Logistics, and Operations areas of the VP-1 Maritime Patrol Squadron. He has more than 10,000 total flight hours throughout his career as a Naval pilot and later as an airline pilot, with certifications on Airbus A320 and Boeing 787 aircraft.

He currently works for a prestigious airline based in London, United Kingdom.

Rodrigo Peñaranda Pedemonte

Advisor in communications and electronics technologies

Retired Rear Admiral, Specialist in General Staff and Surface Warfare.

Master’s degree in Naval and Maritime Sciences (Chilean Naval War College), Master’s degree in Defense Studies (Royal Military College – Canada), and Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Management (ESE Business School 2022). Commander of combat units, a missile boat, and a frigate of the National Fleet.

He was Defense and Naval Attaché to the Chilean Embassies in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore (2017-2108).

He served as Director of Education, Doctrine, and Training for the Joint Chiefs of Staff (2022) and Director of Programs, Research, and Development for the Navy.

Gonzalo García Solís

Artificial Intelligence and Smart City Advisor

Specialized consultant in new technologies, Smart Cities, and Artificial Intelligence, with 18 years of experience leading strategic teams and digital transformation projects in the IT industry. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Business and Administration (MBA), both from Federico Santa María Technical University.

His career combines technical expertise in disruptive solutions (AI, IoT, smart urban management) with business acumen, excelling in the design and implementation of innovative commercial strategies. He has driven data-driven and automation-based business models, solving complex challenges for public and private clients through emerging technologies.

A results-focused leader, he has directed multidisciplinary teams in the execution of Smart Cities projects, integrating artificial intelligence to optimize processes and generate measurable impact. His hybrid profile (technical and managerial) allows him to articulate technological solutions with business objectives, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness.

Isaac Ramos González

Advisor on radar, meteorology, and aeronautics

Retired Air Force Colonel, Staff Officer at the Air War Academy, High Command course at the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies. Electronic Engineer and specialist in Electronic Warfare at the Aeronautical Polytechnic Academy. Electrical Engineer from the University of Santiago, Diploma in Computer Security from the University of Chile. He served as Deputy Director of Information Technology and Computing and Commander of the Northern Zone Telecommunications and Detection Group.

Carolina Le Dantec

Legal and environmental advisor

Lawyer from Adolfo Ibáñez University, with a diploma in environmental law from Catholic University, and a master’s degree in private law from Valparaíso University. She has 15 years of experience working in consulting for companies such as Puerto Ventanas, Servicios Portuarios Patillos, Aguas Pacífico, Pesca Chile, Antarctic Sea Fisheries, Puerto San Antonio, among others, and for the last 5 years she has been involved in advising important companies in the country on regulatory, environmental, and maritime issues in compliance with and implementation of sectoral regulations.

Juan Alberto Lerdón

Advisor on acoustic and underwater technologies

Retired Rear Admiral. Engineer in Arms with a specialization in Submarines from the Naval Polytechnic Academy since 1993. Master’s Degree in Naval and Maritime Sciences from the Naval War College in 2006. Staff Officer at the Argentine Naval War College, Buenos Aires, in 2009. He holds a diploma in Senior Management from the Naval War College in 2013. He was Commander of auxiliary units, submarines, and part of the Naval High Command as Director of Navy Education for three years. He is a prominent analyst and consultant on defense and maritime issues.
